These terms govern your use of Neuron Trainer's iOS applications and neurontrainer.com. By downloading an app or using this site, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the apps or their question banks.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, priced per app and shown in-app before purchase). Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device's Settings under Subscriptions. Where a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited on purchase. All billing is processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms; refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Educational content and results
Our apps are study tools. We work hard to keep question banks accurate and aligned with current exam blueprints, but we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, and our content is not a substitute for official source materials published by exam authorities (FAA, EPA, NHA, the National Restaurant Association, Elsevier, and others). Always verify exam requirements, fees, and procedures with the official testing body.
Not affiliated with exam providers
Neuron Trainer is independent. Exam names and trademarks (e.g., FAA, EPA 608, ServSafe, HESI, NCLEX, CompTIA) belong to their respective owners, who do not sponsor or endorse our apps. Names are used solely to identify which exam each app helps you prepare for.
AI tutor
The AI tutor generates explanations automatically. It's good, but like all AI it can make mistakes, so treat it as a study aid, not an authoritative source. When it conflicts with official exam materials, the official materials win.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps or website, including attempting to extract question banks, interfering with the services, or using them to violate exam security rules of any testing body.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The apps and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuron Trainer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps or site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
