Quick fixes for common issues

My Premium didn’t unlock / I got a new device
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Still stuck? Email us with your app name and we’ll sort it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your progress stays on your device.
I want a refund
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, find the charge, choose “Request a refund.” Apple typically decides within 48 hours.
The AI tutor isn’t responding
The tutor needs an internet connection (everything else works offline). Check your connection, then force-quit and reopen the app. If it persists, email us, since occasionally the AI service has brief outages.
My progress disappeared
Progress is stored on-device, so deleting the app deletes progress. If the app is still installed and progress looks wrong, force-quit and relaunch, then email us with details. We take data bugs seriously.
